TeRexDevs was never planned.

It didn’t start as a company. It started with curiosity.

At the age of 14–15, I was building small software projects for YouTube and growing a channel that reached around 35,000 subscribers through organic long-form content.

There was no big monetization strategy — most earnings came from link shorteners. The income was small, but the learning was real.

Execution matters more than ideas.

The First Failure

While working on YouTube growth, I explored the SMM (Social Media Marketing) market.

Along with a friend, I attempted to build a small service-based setup.

We launched it. And it failed.

There was no proper system, no real understanding of the market, and no structured approach.

It was just effort without direction.

But instead of stopping, I shifted focus.

Entering Web Development

In mid-2023, I entered the website development space.

There was no roadmap or perfect plan. I started with basic technical knowledge and worked with whatever resources I had.

The first 2–3 months were completely silent.

  • Mostly fake inquiries

The First Breakthrough

On 3 October 2023, I got my first real client.

The project value was ₹4200.

  • ₹3400 went into domain and hosting
  • ₹800 remained as actual profit

It took 12 days to complete.

₹800 wasn’t just income.

It was proof that something actually works.

Building Without Waiting

I didn’t wait to become perfect.

I learned while building.

  • Picked trending demand
  • Adapted quickly
  • Improved delivery with each project

No funding. No team. No roadmap.

Just execution.

From Websites to Systems

Over time, the vision became clearer.

A website alone doesn’t grow a business.
